Rakaya Fetuga 

Rakaya Esime Fetuga is a poet and creative writer from London. Her work joins conversations on faith, women, heritage and identity. Rakaya has a first class English and Creative Writing BA from Royal Holloway where she was twice awarded the Creative Writing Prize (2015 and 2016).

Rakaya won the Spread the Word Poetry Competition 2017, was shortlisted for the Out-Spoken Poetry Prize 2018 and won the Roundhouse Poetry Slam 2018. She is currently completing the RHUL Fiction Pathway MA.
